Safe Harbour Assurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Telemarketer (ENGLISH and MANDARIN) who is willing to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will represent the organization to promote and persuade potential customers to engage our insurance services over the phone.
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY
RATE: MYR 3250 - MYR 3500/ MONTH
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients with a required minimum number of calls daily.
- Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Persistent and patient to handle queries and rejections.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Possess good computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Have strong and stable internet connections.
- Prior telemarketing experience is an advantage.
