Part-time Web Developer

SCALE LABS is looking for a Part-time Web Developer that can help us with all the technical set-up, integration, and development of various software and online platform of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create front-end & back-end of product by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Edit codes to make them more optimized for Shopify.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software & online platforms documentation
- Setting up, maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site, software & online
platforms
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Providing technical support and assisting in resolving technical issues.
- Proactive in learning and researching new software & platforms.
- Optimizations of all funnels, platforms, and software for them to work at producing the best results.
- Mapping an overview of integration and processes.
- Working closely with Project Managers on the integrations part of the projects.
- Proactive in providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve projects.

RESULTS:
- Understand all company products & offers.
- Proficient in all the integrations the company utilizes
- Consult the company on the best action for any technical related situation.
- Able to work closely with Project Managers for smooth transitions within projects.
- All funnels, platforms, and software are performing and functioning at their best.
- Systems and processes are documented.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience in web programming
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails
- High English level
- Google Optimize Split Test Experience
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Gem Pages, Page Fly, Website Speed Optimization, App Installation & Setup, Photo Compression, - Relational database, Systems, Object-Oriented, Programming and Web, Application development
- Experienced in at least THREE of the following: Clickfunnels, Domain Setup, WordPress, Zapier, Any Email Autoresponder (E.g. Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign), Any Webinar Hosting Software, PlusThis
